We recently took a road trip from Iowa to North Carolina, then to Tennessee and back to Iowa. We spent over 35 hours in the car (2300+ miles!) with our one year old and survived! Family Vacation: The Graceful Summer Series
The Grand Seeley Adventure We had so much fun (and some not-so-much-fun) on our trip! We went to North Carolina for a few days, then to Tennessee for a family reunion. We spent time at the beach and took Logan to the aquarium in Carolina Beach. We visited Wilmington (and saw some One Tree Hill sites as well). A couple of days were spent with grandparents in NC, and it was special getting to see them meet Logan. Freedom: The Graceful Summer Series
Freedom is a word that gets tossed around a lot, and loses some of it's meaning in the process I think. It's defined as "the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint." I am grateful to live in a country that allows me to write about my faith without consequence. I'm grateful that I have the right to believe in my God, to make my own choices, to care for my family the way that I feel is best.
