This is not something I ever thought I would be writing. It is surreal to say the least. It is with a heavy heart that I let you know that Premier Designs and DVTD will be closing their doors at the end of December.
While I am broken hearted over this, I have to believe that God has a bigger plan and purpose for me and for each of the amazing women I’ve met because of this company.
I joined Premier for the first time in college, and again about 3 years ago – just after my Dad passed away. This company, it’s mission and the family I have because of it helped me navigate one of the most difficult seasons of my life and for that I’ll be forever grateful. It also played a huge role in helping me rediscover my worth as a daughter of Christ and ignited a passion in me to share that discovery with other women.
Since being introduced to Premier Designs about 14 years ago, I’ve admired the way that the company was handled. Profits and even product have always taken second place to people. Keeping it personal has always been at the heart of Premier Designs (and DVTD), and I’ve always loved that. There is something powerful about gathering together, encouraging one another, receiving a hand-written note, and knowing that someone isn’t all about the sale but instead cares about your soul.
In the last 35 years, serving others and enriching lives has been of the utmost importance and it showed in how our home office treated each and every one of us in every season and transition. It also showed in the $120 million dollars that was donated to charities and missions around the globe. God has done a remarkable work in and through each person that Premier Designs has touched, and you were a big part of that.
There have been many changes in how business is conducted in the last few years, and when COVID hit this year that was only amplified. In order to stay true to our core belief that keeping it personal is what matters most, our leadership decided that doing business as usual was no longer possible.
I just want to say thank you for supporting me in my business and my life these past years. Each one of you is valuable to me, and the impact we’ve made together matters.
Going forward, I want you to know that I am available to serve you in any way that I can. We plan to end this season with a bang, so please consider shopping with us this month. If there are pieces of jewelry or products that you want to get your hands on, I’d urge you not to wait as everything is ‘while supplies last.’ I’d also encourage you to consider following the brands that we support on their social media platforms and shopping their websites in 2021 and beyond. The needs that they meet will still be very real.
I will be leaving my VIP group open to encourage and uplift, as I’ve always tried to do. I’m sure there will be sample sales and such to come, and I may begin to share more of what I do with my blog there. If that space isn’t somewhere you want to be anymore, that is completely fine and you can leave the group if you’d like. Just know that you’re also welcome to stay.
God has made each of us on purpose for a purpose and though I’m sad this chapter is closing, I’m excited to see what He does next.
Thank you for being a part of this journey.

That’s so unfortunate that they are no longer available after December. Like you said though, everything happens for a reason.
